Smile works great and is easy to use for both customers on the front end and for staff managing it in the back end. Set up is pretty much set and forget but support are fast and helpful when needed.

Great app, and good customer service. Our customers love the reward system and smile makes it easy. I was disappointed that they don't have a free plan anymore and find the app still pricey but Smile is good at what they do and it does provide a good value for our customers. Great customer support, great platform, and a great amount of customizability. I would definitely recommend Smile. Also they use gifs in their chats...so that's a win too. Support is always so much better with gifs.
