Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

I haven't been using the app for long, but set up was easy and I have a feeling this is going to be huge for us.

So far, This app makes me life so much easier!

We don't usually leave reviews for apps. We gave this app about a year on the Small Business plan. It didn't come cheap, but the results are starting to show. We integrated the app with our review app (yotpo) and they work great together. We love our customers and we want them to feel the love as well. This app is a great way to show it. Amazing app. Great options for start-up online stores and user-friendly. I tried other loyalty apps, and by far, Sweet Tooth is my favorite.

We did a ton of research before choosing an app to enable a rewards/loyalty program, and I can confidently say 2+ years in that we chose the right one! Smile offers a great mix of value and features, and the team is always super responsive and helpful - going above and beyond to help you build your brand. The UI/design is unmatched by any other app at this price point (especially "out of the box") which is really important when establishing trust and strengthening brand recognition. I would definitely recommend trying them out (especially if you have a small team)!
