We've been using Smile.io to power our points program for more than a year, and we love it. It's easy to implement and really provides us with a key pillar to our customer retention strategy. The return on investment is great and saves us a lot of time and money versus building it ourselves. Smile works so well that we haven't had much need to access their support team for help or resources. It was only recently that we reached out for with technical questions as we look to improve our site. We were so happy with our interaction with Smile's Help Team. They are responsive, courteous, and generous with their time and attention. This single thread of interaction really boosted our opinion of Smile: we learned that the company is more than software engineers, they are also specialists in providing quality customer service. We highly recommend that you go with Smile!

Update #2: Their AI support tool for internal issues has been on point. Able to clarify even complex questions and hand off when asked. Smile continues to be an amazing tool not only for us but for our customers!

We used Smile for a few years now, excellent reward system, easy to set up, manag,e and use for customers. UI and UX are super friendly. Customer Support Shelby was wonderful in helping me with inquiries.

Fantastic app - good customer service and it currently does everything we need to keep our customers coming back to us! Angie has been a massive help to use when we needed support.
We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. We'd like to see some additional features such as full integration without a pop-up (harder now with new customer accounts), more granular reporting for ootb emails, and a more robust segmenting engine, the cost and stability has made up for any lack of features. Great app.

The customer service and chat response is great. Lynn did a great job solving my problem. When the data that I needed wasn't present on the dashboard, she sent me everything I needed in a raw data file - great for analysis! Dashboard could be a bit more descriptive of the data presented.
So far it has been great, we ran in to some issues that wasn't smile app related I just thought it was and the team worked hard to help us and went above and beyond to find a solution to our issue turned out it was another app that was blocking smile and we were able to have this resolved with the information received from smiles technical team, thank you Angie!
