We've been using Smile since 2017 and just wanted to drop a review to say they're great. Having a rewards program that's easy to use and manage is amazing. Lots of good features and helpful customer support.

Smile is an easy to use rewards app, and they integrate with the subscription system we use. Integrates easily, which is especially useful when just starting out. Customer service (David specifically!) is really helpful and answers quickly. Would recommend, especially for small businesses.

The Smile.io app has been instrumental in enabling us to connect with and reward our customers across various platforms, including online and point-of-sale systems.
The administrative interface is user-friendly, and the support team is responsive, providing timely solutions primarily via email, which works well for us. We highly recommend this app to all businesses.

My business has been using this app for a little over a year. I must admit that for at least half that time we did not invest a lot of time into mastering it. We just got it started and left it do it's thing. Occasionally customers had questions that I could not readily answer, but it was easy to get the answer from Smile.
There has been no real problems, there were a few issues that came from user error, but the program itself does what it promises. I think that's an accomplishment, for this app to function so well with little or no maintenance.
So I'm giving it 5 stars although I have not used it to it's full potential yet, but from what I have seen, it's worth it.
