I would like to use this app but I would like to know if I can change de lenguage to spanish and if the rewards points can be change for mexican pesos, thanks!
Hey there! Currently our app is not fully translatable. You can absolutely change the currency to Mexican Pesos though! I'll send you over an email to help out! 😄
Just installed Smile.io which was easy, instructions were easy to follow.
Now to see if loyalty actually is a thing ;)

App gets installed and then refreshes constantly and never works. Tried reaching out to customer service and they said they couldn't see my site as installed even after sending a screenshot. The app is not functional or user friendly.

Definitely love this and super easy to install!
It was quite easy to implement this app and to import the existing customers. However, the followup to additional questions regarding how customers were coded as guests, as well as additional questions were not answered. One question was answered partially after more prompting and the remaining questions remain unanswered. I left messages both via email and via the messaging app. Their telephone number on site does not work.

This has been so EASY to work with so far! I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this fast and easy to setup such a powerful app. It's been working perfectly so far too!
