Smile.io routinely look for genuine feedback and went so far as to book a video conference with us to learn about how we get value from their app. The feature set is robust, the Klaviyo integration works, the app is lightweight - it's a complete package that just works.

Extremely happy with the smile program. Tons of features and controls to customize the program to fit our brand. It is very easy to figure out how to setup everything the way we want it. Support is always a chat away and very quick to respond.
