Smile is very user friendly and is great for an affordable and easy to use Refer A Friend program.
The customer service reps are amazing too! The live chat works great, and they let you know if anyone is online to help. Lisa specifically helped me solve a major issue in the matter of two responses. Thanks Lisa!!

I try many rewards apps and non of them were good this is the best by far, customer service is the best they are always there to help you and if any one has the Vajro app it will work there as well some of the rewards app doesn't work with Vajro I recommend 100%

Amazing customer support and easy to use admin. Lisa was a big help in guiding me through how to roll-out Referrals prior to Rewards. Panel options are there to do this gracefully!

Great customer service so far. I just started using this app and I haven't made my rewards program available yet so I can't comment on how that will work but I contacted the customer service chat with some questions and they helped me very quickly and efficiently. Happy so far and looking forward to starting my rewards program for my shop with this app.

I used this app to install a reward system on my website. Instalation and set up was super easy and not difficult at all. I loved how I'm able to customize the rewards how I like them to be.

Awesome app, user friendly and it's so creative. I barely did any work to install it, they would create your reward program for you. I hope it increase my sales.
