Many cool features to utilize! I look forward to using the upgraded features as I grow my customer base, but for now I am using the free plan which already offers a lot to get started with building existing customers' loyalty! Customer service is also very kind and helpful. Shout out to Hannah :)

Lisa was fast and helpful! Even helped with simple math...can't stand math! It's difficult to find kind people to help with your online business, but Lisa was really great. Would love to defer to her for her excellent service from here on out, but I know that would be asking a lot.

David was amazing in helping me to configure the app and get it to do some really cool stuff using Shopify flow. It's great that they've built something simple that you can set up quickly and easily but then use Shopify flow to add many more customizations.

I've been using Smile for a while now and really loved how easy it was to implement. I needed to speak to support today about an issue I was having that I thought was on their end. The error I was getting was not directly related to the app, but support was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot. They were also very quick to respond.

Very easy to set up! I decided on the smallest upgrade so we can use our logo. I had a couple of questions about setting up the customer emails. Nicole was fantastic in getting back to me quickly, only to learn that the program pretty well does all the filling in for you. Great customer service with a smile! (pun intended). Smile rewards has opened up an added layer of engagement in my shop which has allowed me to grow my businesses in a fiscally more responsible way. The level of customization, even at a low tier level is also pretty unparalleled to other applications I have tried out.

I have only just installed it and about to launch. The set up was easy but I had one issue I wanted to check. I used the chat service and Nicole answered and sorted my query out within 5 minutes. We've used Smile for a fair few years now and can only say good things the app itself and the support provided. Many new features coming which look great. Fantastic that they are not resting on their laurels.

This app is wonderful! Easy to use and they have great support. Jade was so nice and she helped me with some updates following some business changes. It's so nice to know that you are supported within minutes of reaching out. I'm happy with the connections to social media where my customers can earn points for signing up or sharing my products and/or blogs on these platforms. :)
