Customer service was awesome! They patiently answered all 100 questions I had and were very helpful. I am super excited about getting started with Smile. The options this app offers cover all the bases. Couldn't ask for a better rewards app!

I'm using the free version of the app. I just had a customer place an order put they didn't receive any points for the action. I adjusted their total. But why didn't they get the points?

I sent the developer a question and in less than an hour they had looked into what had happened and fixed it for me.
