Easy to set up and a value added rewards system for the store :)
After lots of emails back and forth to find out when the full integration with Recharge would be coming into play (Smile don't have a mailing list to update clients, I just had to keep checking back), I finally spoke to Joshua who was really helpful and went through all the things I can do with Smile, and how to get set up. He was really helpful so I was really impressed and look forward to getting it all set up!

This is a good rewards program, but really lacking in options unless you pay the very high monthly fee.

Very easy to setup and developers are quick to answer any questions you may have about the app.
Love to have been able to place where I like on my site and selected pages.
Other than that it seems to be doing just great.
So far so good! Excited for the perks given to my customers as Im sure they will be!
It's an excellent app, it's a very nice concept. The only problem is the price, it´s waaaay overpriced.

Good value for money and support have been very responsive to my questions and have created mini-video tutorials for specific issues. The functionality is B2C focussed and we run a B2B business, hence I'm not able to give 5 stars as some configuration options that would be useful aren't currently available.

The application is great, but lacking the translation for other language, many customers do not know how to use and have difficulties even the store doing a detailed manual.
If it is possible to change the note then I add 5 stars if the translation is added to other languages, I need the Brazilian Portuguese.
O aplicativo é ótimo, porém falta a tradução para outras linguagem, muitos clientes não sabem usar e tem dificuldades mesmo a loja fazendo um manual detalhado.
Se for possível alterar a nota depois coloco 5 estrelas caso seja acrescentado a tradução para outras línguas, preciso da português brasil.
