Easy Peasy! I'm just a newbie and was surprised how easy this was to install.
I've used the customer support team a few times and they have been so helpful at answering my questions. They are quick to respond and very pleasant. I love this rewards system. It's easy to understand and set up. It's also easy to have customers redeem the points within the Shopify POS. I definitely recommend this rewards system.

So far working great, just opened my boutique in house and online a week ago and have 32 subscribers so far! Easy to set up and love the customization of colors.

Im not completely computer orientated however sweettooth was so easy so setup and use!
