Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

Sweet Tooth is an amazing app that lets you reward your customers with discounts, free products, etc. for helping to promote your store and the best part is that it is entirely useable for free which is what you need when you are just starting out. Check out Sweet Tooth!

For the most part the program is great, I deducted one star because I've noticed sometimes the "redeem rewards" option isn't always there when I'm checking a customer out at POS (this happened not that long ago, a customer who had over 1000 points was checking out- but at POS the smile integration said "no rewards available.") I acknowledge that maybe this isn't Smile's fault- maybe it was something to do with Shopify- but was frustrating nevertheless. Smile customer service is always great though! Fast and friendly and always makes things easy to understand. Thank you!!

Great app! Highly recommend it to anyone

We were looking for ways to distinguish ourselves in the cosmetics sector. Since we can't at this time compete with the larger companies on marketing spend, we instead focus on building one-on-one, genuine relationships with anyone who's interested in their health and skincare. Smile was chosen an extension of our strategy to help us reward our clients for their loyalty and support. So far, we love their app, their customer service, and their super-impactful blog. Furthermore, it's helped us become successful at converting prospects since we can reward them just for joining our email list. We hope the keep up the great work for us merchants!!

First payment tiers are well worth the price. This would be a five star review if I didn't have to get pushed into paying $500/month just to access the API integration. Otherwise this is the best app on the market.

I LOVE THAT MY CUSTOMERS GET REWARDED FOR SHOPPING ONLINE AND ALSO POS I WAS VENDING AND SHE GOT POINTS SHE IS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.

it's a great little app, the free option is great for stores that are still in the startup phase. rewards programs are fully customisable, and the customer service is terrific.
staff helped me make a simple customisation of the code so that I could remain fully GDPR compliant too (I'm not exactly an expert at code), so I can't say enough good about Smile.io
if you want happy customers cheerfully purchasing more and referring more traffic to your site so they can earn rewards, then this app will do the trick
