5 star customer service. Lisa was able to quickly answer my question and confirmed my suspicion.
3 stars because smile.io does not currently offer a way to exclude a collection from point redemption. The solution is clunky - create a collection that does not include those items. That works but is not ideal

Really easy to set up. Excited to start this rewards program.
I like it! Easy to use. However I wish the free version offered more customization.

I just installed the app and i got some assistance from stuart and thus far it is going well. It isn't too hard to setup at all and staff helped me out with my questions. Best of luck to everyone else
