Real easy to setup and manage. Love that I now have a reputable rewards program hooked up. I also like the ability to give a customer facing name to my "sweet" points.

As a solo-founder of a social enterprise in the fashion industry, it can get extremely difficult and overwhelming to build brand loyalty in a market that is highly over-saturated. After installation, I reached out to customer service regarding some questions around setup. Not only did I hear back within 5 minutes, but my representative, Joshua, created a video showing me how the program is integrated into my Shopify platform and how the rewards and Shopify accounts are linked. It was great talking to someone immediately and having a personalized explanation to put my mind at ease.
