This app could be great with a few modifications.

1. The launcher icon is obtrusive and is on every screen of every page. There needs to be an option to choose what pages it displays on and for how long or have the "X" icon that will let customers dismiss it so its no longer on the screen.
2. There needs top be a way to disable the launcher button, but still allow customers to sign up and view/redeem rewards using a link or web address instead. It needs a link that can be set to a landing page instead of the launcher widget.
3. If the widget is set to the right side of the screen, my customers can't checkout because the launcher widget stays on top blocking the checkout button.

I really like to give this app 5 stars but I cant. After purchasing the starter pack (which you kind of have to) you'll find out that your $50 monthly plan is not enough to set a limited number of times a customer can earn rewards, or have more than one app integrated at a time. These features should have been included with the starter plan and not in a $200 plan and above...

Easy and fast setup. I was up and running...and had a customer earn enough points for a reward within a few hours of setup! The online help staff with Smile is very friendly, fast, and accurate. Will recommend to other business owners!

So far so good! We signed up a few days ago and have been working to get our customers using the new system. It's relatively easy to understand and customize, and I've had two sessions with their help team to sort out little confusions on my part.

Very easy to set up and does not affect the speed of the website. Currently using the FREE plan, and have no complaints of the same.

Application seems to be off to a good start.

Shopify integration is now seamless with a tab integration which works great. Some features needed are color and text customization of the tab bar and customization of the "Points Store" including images and text.

When a customer signs up for the program, you are able to reward them with however many points you wish and you are also able to configure how much each point is worth and how many points are rewarded per dollar spent. But, one feature that could send this application through the roof is if we, the store, are able to reward customers for other actions on the site (i.e., sharing a product, referring a friend, subscribing to a newsletter, commenting on a blog post, writing a product review, etc.)

This application is in beta so the team is definitely hard at work developing it. We will continue to stand behind Sweet Tooth as we see nothing but untapped potential and look forward to seeing what features are rolled out in the months to come.

Support is very friendly and quick to help. Very easy to connect with so if there are any issues, the Sweet Tooth team is always available and willing to step in and help.

With a little bit of work and more features, this could be a ten star application -- worth more than any other rewards program application and could turn up to be priceless.

Great thanks to Alex, the loyalty marketing specialist at Sweet Tooth for providing the extensive article on how to build successful Customer Loyalty programs. As a solo-founder of a social enterprise in the fashion industry, it can get extremely difficult and overwhelming to build brand loyalty in a market that is highly over-saturated. The information provided was very helpful and easy to follow, and I was able to integrate it into my e-commerce platform on Shopify in less than a few minutes. Definitely worth a try!

We just activated our account a few days ago but have had exceptional customer service while in the beginning stages of setting up our account! I've spoken with both Jade and Lisa over the last few days and they have walked me through all of my questions/concerns. Looking forward to implementing the loyalty program with our customers!!
