Incredibly easy to set up and a beautiful interface. Very excited to start using this app!

I have given the app 4 stars, mainly due to the CEO taking the time to help me, but have had to deduct 1 star due to feeling the pricing model needs some work between the tiers.

As a small business, the jump from $59 to $199 just so I can have the rewards link in my navigation bar left me confused due to large monetary increase for a minor adjustment. Even though I am signed up to the $59 a month tier, to have the app look the way I would like wasn't available to me despite already paying a decent monthly fee.

I would also recommend you think carefully in regards to your customer volume as the lower tier only allows 2000 users in the loyalty program. An example of this is, if you did 50 orders a week, in 40 weeks you would have no choice but to upgrade to the more expensive tier which would set you back around an extra $1600 a year, on top of the $720 for the lower tier fees.

The idea behind the loyalty program is pretty straight forward and may in-fact give you a good return and build loyalty from customers, but thought must go into the overheads of producing such a service and your margins.

We are still reviewing how this app delivers value for our business. I will upgrade to five stars after we gain some traction. So far we are happy and the team set us up over a video conference call.

So far so good. Only just launched our first shopify site. Glad that Sweet Tooth have an easy to use app for loyalty - adds an easy to use toolset for getting more traffic / sales.

Very good app, would use it if it offers multi-language for one store. Already in 2021 it was mentioned that Smile wants to integrate it but 2023 and still no option for it. Best app but in todays multi-lingual world a pitty you do not offer. Other apps like Bon Loyalty are soooo much cheaper and they offer multi-languages with good translation. Hope you change this asap. then I might come back ;-)

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us - it helps us improve continuously and maintain our growth mindset. At the current time, there isn't an easy way to translate Smile into multiple languages. However other customers have also expressed their interest in multi-language support, and we can see why. We're starting with the ability to offer Smile in a single non-English language first since this is a very popular request we hear. We don't have a timeline for multi-language, but we've added your vote to the request internally and will revisit it as soon as we have the capability.
