I recently ran into some technical issues that originated from my end, and the Smile support team was incredibly helpful in walking me through the steps to troubleshoot everything. They swiftly responded to all my emailed questions and educated me about some features that I needed guidance setting up. Kudos to Lynn, Annalisa and Shelby! You guys rock! Smile.io has been terrific. Their support team, Lynn & Shelby have been so great and helped me clean out thousands of discount codes and identified a problematic email issue I would have never caught on my own. I'm really impressed with the level of hands-on help. I highly recommend them.

Some of the help articles on help.smile are outdated, but I have had great success by chatting with the AI bot and the subsequent real people once I've stumped the AI bot. I have been able to get answers to my questions in a timely manner and create a really amazing loyalty program.

An excellent, cost-effective, and easy to use loyalty solution that instantly improves CLV and ROI. Smile's customer support, especially Hannah, is one of my favorite features of this app. They are prompt in responding to any questions I may have and their instructions are clear, easy to understand, and thorough. A big shout out to Shelby for their support. You cannot go wrong with using this app in your Shopify store.

I appreciate that this program is free and allows me to provide an incentive for customer loyalty! Even at the "free" tier, I can search through my customers, adjust balances, and review issues. This is fantastic.
