good so good .i can try ,because first one for me
Seemingly simple to set up but if the shop is already in play and trying to convert from another reward system, this can be very time consuming to manually migrate. Paid for SMB service for phone support but no inbound service is available. Set an appointment for a call and no phone call happened, this is not the way you want to start a paid service. Sweet tooth gets high marks for ease of use from the front of the house and poor marks for service.

Good app, terrible Portuguese translation which doesn't let you fix it by yourself either. It is unprofessional to have something on a website with so many grammatical errors.

At this time i cannot give much of a review since i did just install it, so far everything seems okaythough.
Great App to get the party started. Wish the FREE level had a bit more customization and more support for uniqueness but, alas- it's a starter kit for rewarding awesome customers!
Seems like a great app and great concept, but it won't let me edit Anything after it has been set up. Just really frustrating. Assume it is a glitch since all the other reviews are so positive. I'll keep trying.

Our translations feature is still relatively new, so we're still learning which languages will provide the most value to our merchants.
While we don't yet officially support Italian, it looks like we've provided you with access to a workaround that would enable you to manually translate some parts of the app.
I've sent a follow-up email to see if we can help any further with this :)
so far so good- I'm already learning from their enticing offer to help optimise SEO when I leave this review.
The app is great but unfortunately many of the app sections and email notifications are not customizable and my store is in spanish so I can't use it for my business. That was a big disappointment because I like all the features from the program. The day they allow you to customize a bit more I will turn my review into a 5 star one.
