I have recently switched to this app from another popular app that bumped the prices up out of my price range. The install was all very simple and easy to follow even for a beginner like me. I came into an issue today where the rewards app wouldn't load on my site. I tried everything on Google but nothing worked and I'm useless with coding. I reached out to their support but thought being a weekend I would be left until Monday with no help but I was wrong. Right away I had a message from Joana and the problem was fixed really quickly and Joana was a pleasure to work with. First of all, we still expect Smile.io to improve and offer comprehensive features, including monthly order reports and customized views, which is important to Shopify sellers to review their usage and evaluate the plan's performance.

Having said that, the CX support team was helpful and reacted to our request efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend the service.

This app is SO worth it. We recently switched our POS to Shopify and our in store customers are loving the new rewards so much more than our old system. Before they had to wait for a monthly batch to use them. Now they can use them on their next purchase.

Because they were cheaper than Loyalty Lion, we tried Smile.io five years ago and held our breath. Would it work? Fabulously! Did everything we wanted and more.
