Great app, great value and the service support is excellent! Jade helped me out with an issue and it was easily resolved and very friendly.

So far this app has been so amazing - also the fact that they're free for small businesses is so amazing <3

Great App. Very easy to use. You can have your rewards / points program up and running in a very short time. At the time of this review the first 500 members are free. You can't beat that!!! What are you waiting for. Just do it. Install it now.

Just getting to grips with this but have to say thank you to Christian for going above and beyond with setting up. Also pointed out a pricing error which would have cost me.

Customer services responded back in less than 24 hours and were able to answer and help with all my questions and concerns. Definitely the best app for the customer reward program.

Absolutely amazed by the support team at Smile. Had an issue with one of my other apps that integrated with Smile and Smile dedicated resources within ~30 seconds to help diagnose the other app's issue and figured out a solution that they were able to implement. Well done and thank you, Tess + Jade.
