Their customer service team is very helpful and the response time was really fast. With the help of their Tech Support team, I was able to figure out a solution to the issue I was having. So far, my experience with this app, has been great! I would recommend.

Great for first timer users as it is very easy to use and also to install.
Who doesn't LOVE a discount?! My customers are always grateful to get their $5 off coupon, and I like the incentives Smile offers for them to earn their rewards. The customer service is GREAT, too. The response time is fast, and their instructions are clear. They really do offer their service with a Smile. Working with the program is easy, and I recommend this app!

Easy to use and does what it says on the tin. I currently use the free version but when I generate more sales etc I'd be happy to move onto the paid version to be able to customise it etc.

La aplicación funcionaba de maravilla pero la desinstalé al actualizar y ahora están intentando arreglar el problema de la pérdida de puntos por mis clientes. Mis 5 estrellas van por el soporte y por la aplicación en si, fue culpa mia el desinstalarlo.

I added this app to my store just a few days ago and have already had customers sign up for the rewards points. For the customers who may not have purchased anything from me at this point, now they have incentive to purchase at some point.
