Very easy to use and easy to modify to your liking and what suits you and your business. Customer service is friendly and quick to respond.

The team was quick to respond to questions and concerns. They made sure all of my questions were answered, and when they weren't (because I like to think of questions when I am working on other things) they took the time to explain.

We have been using this app for a couple of years, the functionality is reliable and my customers love getting rewarded with points that they can use on future purchases. Recently had a question for support and although it wasn't an urgent issue, they responded immediately and thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

Excellent documentation, easy to set up and customize. Support is responsive and helpful. New features released fairly often. Much more affordable than some of their competitors for more features. Easily integrates with most major marketing and reviews software.

My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.

I love Smile.io, it has all features I need. Besides, its support team is awesome. I have particularly received great and swift help from Shelby and Lisa. I don't see a better app in this category than Smile.io!
