Smile is easy to use and is user-friendly both on the admin side and the customer side. I would recommend this to anyone setting up a store on Shopify.

Easy to use so far! Can't wait to see what this does for our customer's and what retention it will have for our boutique
I used Sweet tooth for my previous shop. As I didn't use any other loyalty apps, I can't comment how it competes with them. One negative thing is this apps takes few seconds to load, could be better if the speed can be increased.
Very nice setup and many options for customizing to your store's preference.
