recently i suffer fm "your points redemption could not be completed, try again later", both customer and admin cannot redeem

I just started using this app. So far so good!
Great application, easy to use, very sleek aesthetic. However, it is very pricey, and the free version doesn't include many features that are essential to the application. Overall, quality loyalty program with easy management and very little upkeep required. 8/10.
Helpful - you can see who's interested in your products (because they create loyalty accounts) even if they haven't checked out/purchased yet.
Great app, and very easy to set up!
Pretty decent app but think they could make it better by implementing the following:
1) Allow customers earn points for tagging on Instagram.
2) Earn points for writing a product review.
3) Have more customization for what is being sent to the customer. Yes, I am currently on the basic plan but you should be able to at least change email colors to match your theme and update some of the verbiage.
Example: "Congrats on purchasing ! " You should be able to change this verbiage - currently not able to.
Super easy to use and to make customer have fun while shopping :) THUMPS UP
Currently in a trial, testing to see if it will fit our needs. The support has been incredible in helping me investigate, and is currently the front runner in our implementation.

We have just signed up for the Growth plan and have used the Smile Live Chat feature a few times with help when onboarding and asking questions. Brady has been extremely helpful in answering our queries. The main reason this wasn't a 5* is because the app is missing out on some simple features that would benefit us such as a fraud analysis on whether customers are liking and unliking/following and unfollowing to gain additional points. Besides that, it's been very straightforward and we're excited to see what Smile brings us as a business!
