I really love at the features 'Smile offers unfortunately you do have to pay to integrate with other apps but my customers definitely love the feature, customer Service is great and is offered to everyone not just paid members which can be very frustrating.

So far so good. Support is amazing and the app integrates a lot of ways to reward the client. Brady has been super helpful in this new stage; his response is spectacular.

Great app! and amazing customer service. The app is working great on POS as well and it all works smoothly. I hope someday you will add full Hebrew support and RTL

We've been using Sweet Tooth for about a month now, and are happy with the experience. There is an added dynamic to our relationship with our loyal customers, which keeps them more connected with our store.
The initial setup was pretty easy. There was a bit of labour creating coupon codes for the points discounts on our website (most of our sales are in-store anyway). The upgrade to redeem points in-store was timely and will probably be the main way our customers redeem points, so yay!
The only issue is a bit of confusion with existing customers on our website, as they have to sign up again to start collecting points, which doesn't really work if they are trying to sign up with the same email address. An option to just switch over existing customers from my end would be really handy.
We just got started with our store but I feel super lucky we chose Sweet Tooth as our rewards program. It's simple and easy to use, very effective and the support staff at Sweet Tooth HQ are the best! Thanks again for all your help!
