Good value for money and support have been very responsive to my questions and have created mini-video tutorials for specific issues. The functionality is B2C focussed and we run a B2B business, hence I'm not able to give 5 stars as some configuration options that would be useful aren't currently available.
Thanks so much for the feedback around some of the things we could be doing better to be more B2C focused. I have reached out to learn more because we would love to hear more specifics about what these needs are!

Easy and cool app!
Does what you need it to with ease.
The application is great, but lacking the translation for other language, many customers do not know how to use and have difficulties even the store doing a detailed manual.
If it is possible to change the note then I add 5 stars if the translation is added to other languages, I need the Brazilian Portuguese.
O aplicativo é ótimo, porém falta a tradução para outras linguagem, muitos clientes não sabem usar e tem dificuldades mesmo a loja fazendo um manual detalhado.
Se for possível alterar a nota depois coloco 5 estrelas caso seja acrescentado a tradução para outras línguas, preciso da português brasil.
So far so good! The customer service is very attentive and super helpful if you have any questions installing the app. Shout out to Lisa for helping me figure out the API codes! I'm excited to implement this loyalty program for my customers :)

Very easy to use - took me 15 mins to set up basic rewards. Took me 4 months at my old job to implement a rewards program.
