Only just started today but first impressions are good, looks like a great tool to use.

The app was really simple to set up. I'm excited to utilize this with the upcoming holiday season. I know customers will love it!

So far its pretty simple and quick to setup. I had Bold Loyalty Points before this but since it was a new app they had a lot of issues and missing things that were important to have. Now my customers can take advantage and be rewarded the way they deserve to be. i use this app since yesteday and its so cool my god ! wow! and the agent i talk with before helped me very much to understand some details

I'm just getting started, but so far Smile has a fantastic platform. Only thing I wish they included was points for product reviews. Would save the hassle of another app you need to integrate. Other than that, they basically have it all!
