The staff at Smile.io were quick to respond, and a delight to deal with. The plugin itself seems solid, I've been on the free tier for a few months now, but it's never caused any issues and eventually I'd like to upgrade to integrate a review plugin too.

We appreciate the clean and elegant design of smile.io. We have installed smile.io in all of our Shopify stores, which not only helps us maintain better customer relationships but also brings real value to our customers — because through smile.io, we offer more discounts to our customers.
