Ultimately I received a resolution to my issue, however I was bounced between agents a few times. They all at least seemed looped in, so that was good. One rep disappeared for an hours, and another jumped on only when I sent a new message saying that my agent stopped responding. I’m glad everything was resolved, but it took way too much waiting around. Otherwise liking the app a lot. Thank you.

Loved the app and its features but I had to uninstall it because it slowed my site down significantly :( I have 5,000 images on my site so every KB counts! Definitely, use this app again with my other businesses! Thanks for the FREE plan though :)

It is a great app, but as I am a small business who is just starting out and I know that I will have over 2000 customers as I am an online and in-store seller it would have costed way to much for me to justify, I have had to go with a different app that offers unlimited active customers and still at the same price as the small business deal this app offers.
This App offers a great rewards program but I think they they may need to rethink the asking price per month or offer more active customers for what they class as a small business.
It seems like a great app but I cant figure out how to change anything on it. It wont allow me to so if it were a little easier to figure out I'd give 5 stars.
Is there anyway to change the language to spanish?

It was quite easy to implement this app and to import the existing customers. However, the followup to additional questions regarding how customers were coded as guests, as well as additional questions were not answered. One question was answered partially after more prompting and the remaining questions remain unanswered. I left messages both via email and via the messaging app. Their telephone number on site does not work.
