Very helpful and quick responses. She walked me through the answers to all my questions and helped me decide to switch my loyalty program to Smile. With their features and price, I'm super happy using them now. Switching to them was the best thing for my customers

We love having this app as part of the buying experience for our customers. Great way to reward customers and drive/push sales for repeat purchases. Easily see what customers are earning and referring. The sales support staff was excellent in solving some back-end issues we had initially with setup.

Smile has been a great asset in offering something a little extra for our customers. And the customer service is great! I had a question recently about combing Smile codes with other Shopify discounts, and Brandon helped me out immediately!

I have been using them for about 2 years now. Everything has been amazing with them so far. I just wish they had a built in SMS system as I have also been using Fivestars.com. Currently have over 10,000 customers phone numbers with points accumulated but no way of truly integrating all this into one single system.
