Easy to setup - fantastic tool! Converted customers from day 1 !!

I’ve just downloaded the app, using the free version and so far so good. Really easy to set up & looks beneficial for customer loyalty.

I have to say Lisa from customer service was extremely helpful when I used the live chat. I don’t often leave reviews, however i was so impressed I thought it was important to do so, she is a credit to the company.

Sweet Tooth is great! Helps engage repeat customers for repeat business by offering them rewards! Definitely give them a try!

Really easy to set up and navigate, coming from someone that is not great on the back end of my storefront! Customer service is super helpful as well!

Love the app and the support from Maggie is fantastic. The only thing I don't like is that the image next to the rewards has a $. I'm guessing I can change that once I upgrade but as I have only just started out I can't afford to do that and two of my customers have already commented on it.

We've been using Smile for several months now at PNW Journey and we love it! We're seeing decent engagement and getting good feedback on our program.
