Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

This app is easy to set up. I can't wait for my customers to start earning points. I love how everything is easy and less work for the business owner to do.

Super easy to set up, can't wait to see it in action. Would like a better way to preview what the upgrade options actually look like to help evaluate the upsell.

Smile is working well for us so far, and a big part of my rating because their support team is very responsive. If one team member isn't online then another will tag in to fill in the gaps, which is much appreciated!

Amazing app. Great options for start-up online stores and user-friendly. I tried other loyalty apps, and by far, Sweet Tooth is my favorite.

We did a ton of research before choosing an app to enable a rewards/loyalty program, and I can confidently say 2+ years in that we chose the right one! Smile offers a great mix of value and features, and the team is always super responsive and helpful - going above and beyond to help you build your brand. The UI/design is unmatched by any other app at this price point (especially "out of the box") which is really important when establishing trust and strengthening brand recognition. I would definitely recommend trying them out (especially if you have a small team)!

This app is the best. I love it. It's easy to use and my customers love the rewards. Excellent app! I would like to suggest the option of allowing us to email users a rewards email that reminds them of the rewards they have accumulated.
