Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

We experienced difficulty in setting up the Reward Code and trying to find solution. Jade attended to us and she has been amazing and has been very helpful in providing the required links to the guide and tutorial video that will be helpful for us.

I had an issue with a customer accessing her points. Nicole was really helpful in explaining what happened and instructing me on how to fix going fwd - thanks!

Finally a full featured rewards program that's reasonably priced and even has a great free option. Had a quick question with customer service after sign up and the chat with Maggie was friendly and efficient. Had our first customer using the program in under an hour.

awesome i cant wait to see the value that this will add. I think my customers will appreciate the community that is created within an incentivized customer base.

Awesome app for those wanting to reward loyal customers. Easy to use, lovely design and great customer service. They get back to me super fast when I have an issue or need help with something. Maggie helped with my most recent glitch and took great care of me. The issue was resolved within minutes. Even MORE amazing that they offer a free plan in addition to the paid option. Highly recommend!
