I said the comment below when I had first signed up but I can't say enough great things about this app now - it has helped me tremendously and definitely attracted customers which I need as a new store. The service is really awesome (thanks Abby and Elli) and it so simple and does what it says. Definitely a keeper!!

This is the cleanest design for a loyality app and integrated perfectly into shopify and linked to other important apps I use for my store. I considered loyalty lion but found their UI to be tacky and less user friendly, and also 5 times the price of Smile. Highly recommend. I had one issue with smile but after speaking with their support, they quickly helped me resolve it.

Smile.io is a great app to turn shop customers into repeat purchasers. The loyalty program make returning customers increase and increase the repeat purchase rate higher.

Fantastic platform - really easy to set up & use. Customer service is exceptional (in particular Joshua - what a hero!) Looking forward to continued partnership with Smile. Couldn't recommend highly enough. 10/10
