Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Another wonderful customer support experience this time with Jade - who not only helped me start Smile with my second website but even went into the back end and recommended reward changes. MORE OF THIS!! It takes a village. Thank you Jade for your support!

I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Smile. Shelby got back to me very quickly and showed me what I needed to do to embed the app in our Shopify theme. Her instructions were very easy to follow, and within a few minutes I was up an running. Very happy with this level of customer service.

App does not support post-purchase upsell points, they do not count towards the total automatically and need to be added manually to every order, what a joke!!

Also, the app does not retroactively add points for previous orders a person made before you installed the app.

I recently installed Smile: Loyalty & Rewards onto my shopify store. The entire process was simple and streamlined. Hannah followed up several times to ensure that my implementation went well. So far, excellent.

I just signed up for this app. I received more than 10 new customers to sign up within the first day, Lisa was very helpful when I had questions.

To be honest and transparent, this app exceeded our expectations! It did everything we needed and more. While it can get a bit pricey, I believe that's a subjective consideration. The staff is fantastic—always helpful, and Lisa is an absolute gem to work with.

I'm enjoying the app, and Shelby, from the customer service was very friendly and efficient.

The employees are very prompt and polite!
