I've been using Smile for a while now and really loved how easy it was to implement. I needed to speak to support today about an issue I was having that I thought was on their end. The error I was getting was not directly related to the app, but support was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot. They were also very quick to respond.

So far SMILE.IO has been fantastic, very robust with a ton of features and have just found out that even displaying a 'Refer a Friend' banner is shown at the end of a checkout is included to all customers if FREE plans! That is awesome. Their support is also great, even replying to me with a video to show me how to fix something! Highly highly recommended and thank you Joshua for the support!

i was afraid to use this app because of the expensive tires , after trying the free version i can say it is one of the best loyalty apps and there support are very nice even i am on the free version heheehe

I must have accidentally clicked the upgrade button when signing up for my account for the first time and didn't realize it until months later. But to my relief, the prompt and courteous customer service folks reversed the payments as there had been no activity on my account until today. This left a positive impression on me, and makes me more confident that I'll intentionally upgrade once I start using Smile. Thank you!
