Just downloaded this app today, ran into a bit of trouble but customer service went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue.

Easy to use and a great variety of free features. This will help our business grow in an efficient manner, 10/10

Great customer service! Wish there was a little bit more customization available, but it gets the job done for what we need. Customers love seeing their rewards rack up and it was easy to integrate with Shopify.

After lots of emails back and forth to find out when the full integration with Recharge would be coming into play (Smile don't have a mailing list to update clients, I just had to keep checking back), I finally spoke to Joshua who was really helpful and went through all the things I can do with Smile, and how to get set up. He was really helpful so I was really impressed and look forward to getting it all set up!

Customers are really responsive to this! I feel confident that I'm going to have consistent sales!!!
