Smile.io is a great app to turn shop customers into repeat purchasers. The loyalty program make returning customers increase and increase the repeat purchase rate higher.

I was a bit hesitant of the lack of phone support, however their email support Team has helped me understand and set up the app how I want it. Excellent work!

We need more ways for customers to earn points. It works but a few more options are needed.
