Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

I was working with Joana Jacome on trying to redeposit rewards for my customers and she was very responsive to show me how to do it. And problem solved!!

He was incredibly helpful in solving the issue I was facing and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. I’ve been using Smile.io on my website, 4u2heal.ca, and the app has been great for rewarding my customers! What really stands out, though, is the amazing support team. Maggie went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a design issue, and her dedication to finding a solution was truly impressive.

Not only did she explain the issue clearly (apparently, something about a "z-index" ), but she also took the time to make me feel at ease about the process. Even when I hesitated to give collaborator access (because I'm super protective of my Shopify store), Maggie was understanding and professional.
