The app is easy to navigate, you can tailor it to best suit your website, but some portion you won't be able to which is fine with me. But with their customer service is quick and helpful. Shelby has help me navigate and find out why my customer wasn't getting her point and I was able to adjust it and explain to my customer the reason why. I would recommend for others who want to start on loyalty program on their website.
Online support is great, still getting head around the app and how to make it worth our customers while as well as creating ease of use for staff.

If I was just reviewing the customer service and troubleshooting/help I just received from Shelby then it would be 10* (seriously, I can't express how grateful I am for her help because without it I would have given up and just taken the hit and removed Smile.io completely rather than deal with the tech issue!), however it seems like I'm reviewing the whole app and my experience so far is that if you're not amazingly tech-savvy (I'm reasonably adept) then it takes a while to get your head around the intricacies. Overall, fantastic support and I have very little to complain about considering that I'm currently using the free plan which gives a great 'basic' offering plus unfaultable customer service. I'm looking forward to understanding Smile.io more and hopefully it won't be long until we're able to upgrade to the better paid plans.

Trying to figure out why some of my customers are not able to pull up their reward points to redeem them on their phones. Kind of sounds like a glitch. We are currently working on the situation and customer service has been as helpful as they can be, just still trying to get the problem resolved.

Customer service has been great! The few times we've had questions, Lisa has come to our aid within just a few hours, not only with answers, but also with screen-shots, and even embedded video/GIF that make it very easy to understand! Explanations have been simple and complete, making sure that we fully understand the solution. Thanks for the great customer service! :)
Easy to set up and use.
The main drawback is that the sign-up for rewards requires a separate process from the standard account sign-up on Shopify. It would be much better if the regular account sign-up page included a checkbox for rewards, allowing for a single, unified sign-up process.

Helpful & prompt customer service. The app is working well for us at the moment (we are on the free plan), but there is a small issue with guest nudge referrals not working. Apparently this is to do with the new Shopify checkout and Smile are working on a fix to this.
Great app with good customer service, very reactive and always trying to find a solution. I would give 5 stars, but we still do miss translations functionalities, right now a lot them are only available in English, and we would love to extend them to other stores with its full potential (using points in checkout, on product page, customer page...)

Our store no longer needed this functionality, but the customer service was prompt and helpful
The app is pretty good, but twice a year I look at other review apps to see if i can reduce my monthly costs. Its nearly the same as Klaviyo email system but does not have the same functionality. We have had the app for ages and there doesnt seem to be any more obvious innovation. But hey the devil ya know..... The support team is awesome, responsive, i guess thats what i am paying for?
