Update, Thank you to Smile for being flexible and working with small business.

*Like many other small businesses here, we're looking for an alternative after the huge price hike. We're not using any of the features of the highest tier plan except the points.*

We just implemented the free version to test the waters on our shop, allbabyorganics.com. Set up was a breeze and took all of 15 minutes! Time will tell, but this app looks very promising and we're expecting it to help drive traffic and customer loyalty! If it works as planned, we'll definitely consider the upgrade to 'Basic' or higher based on our experience thus far!

Its early days for us and this app but right away its incredibly easy to use and incorporates the functionality of several different apps that we had been considering for loyalty/rewards/referral. It slots itself effortlessly into our Shopify site and looks really clean and presentable even with the Sweettooth branding visible (we are on a basic paid plan, not one of the premium paid plans).
We are just finalising the configuration process and will officially launch this weekend... We'll report back in a few weeks
