This app is wonderful. Easy to install, super easy to acces and understand for the client. And the people from the app are super responsive and helpful when you have questions.

Today I had the pleasure of having Lisa provide support regarding Smile's integration with Klaviyo. Klaviyo has updated their API situation, and I wasn't sure what needed to be done with Smile. Not only was Lisa's support timely and helpful, she actually did make me smile with her lovely personality. Great way to end the week!

Its really an amazing reward programme. Got used to it in just one day and has all the features required in decent review programme. Team is very agile and responsive. Just one thing to improve. The tier functionality is a basic feature and should be a part of 199$ plan.

Smile has been great to work with. Since implementing our loyalty rewards program about 18 months ago our repeat transactions have increased and so has our traffic from referred customers. We also use Campaign Monitor (formerly Conversio) as an integration and being able to include a customer's reward point status in our emails has been a major benefit. The team at Smile is always quick to respond and helpful, and we've enjoyed our partnership!

So far it has been really easy to use and setup. We were paying for a really expensive program but found this has all of the same features for a fraction of the price.
