Great application, easy to use, very sleek aesthetic. However, it is very pricey, and the free version doesn't include many features that are essential to the application. Overall, quality loyalty program with easy management and very little upkeep required. 8/10.

Helpful - you can see who's interested in your products (because they create loyalty accounts) even if they haven't checked out/purchased yet.

Highly recommend this app to other small businesses looking for a loyalty partner. The app is stable, easy to use and customizable for your brand. On the rare occasion of system outages or data delays, they proactively notify you of issues and expected resolution times. More importantly, the support team at Smile is fantastic. We moved to another e-commerce platform that wasn't integrated with Smile (so sad to leave!) and they took such good care of us in the off-boarding and data migration process. 10/10 would recommend.

So Far so good, I have spent this morning setting up and adding bulk discounts which can be found and explained by a video tutorial.
I am now manually adding additional points to my big spending customers.
We have without this app got a huge loyal following and returning purchasers, hopefully, this will increase my social share and attract new loyal customers to come on join us on our Rew clothing journey.
Well two days in and my customers are loving it will keep updating, I have also just installed the YOTPO review app to work along side the loyalty program.fingers crossed this brings in new and more revenue.

We need to be extremely productive with our time and can't always dedicate people to manage a loyalty program. Smile is great because it's an intuitive easy rewards program that you can plug and play. It keeps running and letting people join and use their points with minimal oversight.

We had a problem with one of our Smile members losing her email with her coupon codes. The team helped us find a solution quickly and easily to enable her to use them and make a purchase with us.

We have just signed up for the Growth plan and have used the Smile Live Chat feature a few times with help when onboarding and asking questions. Brady has been extremely helpful in answering our queries. The main reason this wasn't a 5* is because the app is missing out on some simple features that would benefit us such as a fraud analysis on whether customers are liking and unliking/following and unfollowing to gain additional points. Besides that, it's been very straightforward and we're excited to see what Smile brings us as a business!
