There is a free option which was a great place for us to start. Once we got a hang of it, it was super easy to use & works great for a small e-commerce

The setup was super easy! Looking forward to seeing if my customers love it as much as I do!

I keep having issues with this app. I loved it to begin with. I wanted to be able to award my customers for being loyal and making multiple purchases and to replace my punch card system. It doesn't always give them their points, and when it notifies them that they have a reward, it never works right when they click to use them. Seems to have some bugs and I hope they get it fixed soon.

Very good service that my loyal customers have taken advantage of. I am soooo grateful for this program. I want to open a storefront someday soon and this app gives me some practice creating brand and company loyalty with my online customers. I have the free version and it's pretty customizable for what I need at this time. I'm happy with the product.

Easy to use and clear instruction!

The smile app isn't the most robust, but it's great for the price point. The biggest hang-ups are the lack of customization, but their customer service is quick, helpful, and insightful. Josh has been fantastic at helping when needed.

I have had customers sign up a while ago, I'm hoping to obtain more.

I've just installed Sweet Tooth so I don't know how well it will work. Will update this later. Install was pretty easy.
