We have been using Smile on multiple stores that we run and they have been amazing. Customer support has also been spot on. When it comes to "apps" it is VERY hit and miss. Dealing with Smile is completely "hit". Have no worries, they will treat you well and the software will function exactly as expected.

I just installed the app and so far so great. It was easy to set up and understand what I'm offering. Some rewards programs can be a little confusing not only to set up, but to fully grasp what shoppers have to do to earn and spend. NOT the case here! Love it. I'll have to come back and review once my shoppers begin earning and using their rewards.

Nice functionality and great support. Really helps engage customers loyalty. Reasonably priced, especially if you go for the yearly option.

Great app, with tons of customizations, and a great support team. All the integrations push this app over all the other loyalty apps in my opinion.
