Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

I am reviewing to keep smile free for startups, just setting it up seems like a good app, will update accordingly.

I have worked with smile for a year and their team is the best! They have successfully helped me every time I have needed it! They try to stay updated to provide better services, applications and support!

Works as expected. Can see our website continuing to use this app for the near future and maybe even go into the premium version.

Smile.io has been great. Easy to setup again. We had changed to a different rewards system but changed back as we prefer the additional visibilty of this program. When we had an issue with customizing our notification, support was quick to help, so big shoutout to Roel.
A few things that we would love to see added are the ability to award customers points when they have spent a certain amount or have made a certain number of orders. Also awarding customers for Instagram tags and Pinterest follows and pins from the site and being able to customize the fonts in the launcher so it matches our brand better.
Also a big issue to fix in the referral program. There needs to be a way to stop customers from referring themselves on a different email address.

This app has helped us grow our loyalty program! Also, the customer service experience that the app provides is so helpful, friendly, and most of all so so engaging. 10/10 recommend! Joshua is a top-tier customer experience agent.

Lisa was fast and helpful! Even helped with simple math...can't stand math! It's difficult to find kind people to help with your online business, but Lisa was really great. Would love to defer to her for her excellent service from here on out, but I know that would be asking a lot.
