Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

Great app with amazing features! Highly recommend it to every online store that wants to attract more customers. I especially love the Launch Loyalty features!

So far the app has been easy to use and very straight forward to implement. Top help and information from Stuart Arsenault, what a guy. Don't be afraid to ask them questions.

We have been using Smile for several years now, we needed to make some tweaks to the program and the customer service support we received was 1st class (thanks Jade).

So far so good... My shop is not open as of yet im getting set up. So far what I see is good. I can't wait till the beginning of the year to open.

We wanted to implement a rewards program and chose Smile: Loyalty& Rewards. So far so good and tech support is great too!

While the reports available in-app are a bit basic, (-1 star) I was able to get the data we wanted from Jade on the support team. We were looking to asses cumulative point earning & redemption by customer (and tier group) which we were able to compile based on the exports she sent us. Thanks again for the help Jade!!
