Happy Lucky’s loose leaf tea is both brick & mortar and online. What drew me to you all back in 2019, when we set up with Shopify, was Smile was the only loyalty program that worked and facilitated customers to earn and redeem via both channels. We’ve been smiling ever since. And, thank you Brandon for your recent help. Much appreciated.

I like that it just kinda does its thing, rewarding my collectors and buyers as they purchase paintings and prints, and allowing them to redeem rewards for gift certificates to spend in the shop. Once it is set up it doesn't need much from me! I appreciate the quick customer service help, too!

Smile Rewards program is a game changer! We have been using them for over 4 years and we have never had any issues with Smile. Their customer service team goes above and beyond on any help you may need. Seriously do not hesitate to add this amazing app!

We had an issue with Smile where the birthday points weren't being added but Ezra was able to quickly and efficiently resolve this issue and keep me updated along the way.

We have been very pleased with Smile running our Coffee Perks reward program. We have used it for over 4 years. The integrations are great as well which helps us be more productive in answering customer issues. We are getting ready to push out the referral program to drive loyalty. I recommend this app highly!

I accidentally canceled my Loyalty program and luckily they reached out and informed me. I was able to reactivate without loosing any customers. They were very quick!

This app has been great! Had a small issue with the widget not showing on our site due to some other app code blocking it and Cole was able to fix the issue quickly!

Also Lynn was very helpful and so quick about fixing something with our billing!

Fantastic app with with a support team that's there to help you be successful. Thanks to Nicole, we were able to find a solution to save the company on monthly costs while still being able to get all of the features we needed! If you need anything, be sure to reach out to their support team. I've been continually impressed with their response time and ability to help us out.

Updated 7/14/25: Just re-confirming that their support is second to none! Lisa helped us out with an immediate solution and made sure we were taken care of. This app continues to do great things for us and the support you get can't be understated. Thanks again to the Smile.io support team!!

I’ve been using smile for the past 3 years. It’s a simple way to reward your loyal customers and can be used to drive sales really well. I’ve enjoyed using it to build my email list as well. Recently my store has seen huge growth and has pushed me over the starter package limit. Hanna was super helpful to help me no go over budget and keep the program running. I definitely recommend this app if you are interested in growing a loyal customer base.

We've used Smile for a while and customers appear to enjoy the rewards on offer. However it's their support service which is really great for us - we had questions around how to optimise our programme and we were shown lots of quick, easy ways to surface the programme on site... with no coding required! Perfect!
