Great app and little investment for small business to get started with Loyalty Program. Received timely and helpful support from one of their customer service Roel Villahermosa as well.

I love being able to change the point system to suit my business needs, which really allows me to reward my customers my way. The support team are fantastic and are quick to help fix any issues I've had. Highly recommend.

Easy to use app, simple to set up, and has all the features you want from a loyalty/referral app. The main one I was looking for was a way to reward referrer and referred person the same reward, but at different times. Smile does just that. Customer support was super speedy and helpful.

You will not believe how easy Smile is to set up with all of the features you want. It took Yotpo a month+ of onboarding and 'designing' a rewards page (that confused our customers, btw). I was happy to make the switch. I exported the points from Yotpo rewards and imported them into Smile. So easy. I gave myself 2 weeks to make the transition, but I did it in an afternoon. Also, I pounded support with TONS of questions before making the switch. David patiently answered all of my questions. He even read my questions before answering...and if you have ever used any support from other apps they don't read the first time and then it just makes the process longer, but not David. I feel like Smile/David are now team members in the marketing machine at http://wodbottom.com
