I already loved this app but I just had my first customer experience with Sam R via chat and it was AWESOME. Friendly, informative and enthusiastic. I could not ask for better. I'm thrilled!!

I just set up the program and have not used it yet. I was frustrated with the set up, but Elli at customer service sure helped. I was about to just disconnect the app out of frustration and she cheerfully helped me through. You saved a customer Elli!! Awesome.
Update:
My customers love this! They are earning points and spending them. I like that during special events I can offer double points and manually give my customers their double points with a big thank you. This is a MUST HAVE for me! Thrilled with it.
Update 1/28.17 I have been using the free option and here is the problem. The first upgrade is at 500 customers signed up and it is $60.00 per month. That is too expensive for me. Too big of a jump. There needs to be one in the $30 range. And, I find that people sign up and get their 200 points and then become inactive. I want to remove those people until I can afford this app but the sign up dates are inaccurate. Sweet Tooth, I am looking for another app because I'm almost to 500 customers. I hate to go, but what else can I do?

So far i think it will be really nice to use.. but don’t like how expense the the upgrades are. I am trying to use this for an incentive for my customers to get buying from me.

Smile on has a few minor shortfalls (mostly related to its simplicity) which for most non-devlopers can be a good thing. Think being able to customize your pizza, Smile is a Dominoes. Fast reliable, delicious and you get what you pay for and there arent a lot of options. Where as other programs are more like your local brick fired oven pizza, tons of topings, an overly complicated menu and they will likely try to sell you a $150 bottle of wine that cost 25 at your local grocery store. Tasty, but your will pay the price. I still order Dominoes every time. Also, their customer service is on point. Christiain is the man. I'd hire him if I could.

I use this app for brand loyalty reward program. It is amazing app. It was easy to set up and they have great training video which really helps in setting up. The best part of using Smile is their customer service. They have quick response time and they work with you until issue is resolved. David, Maria and Tess are all been super helpful in resolving issues. David spent two hours helping set up the VIP program correctly. I am so appreciative for their help and all advice that Smile's team has given me. Thank you so much

My First Customer Automatically loved it with the Rewards program available from the start. I'm Loving the Features to Create different Loyalty Rewards and Points awarded for Referrals. I LOVE that feature..It's Fantastic. Thank you..I have a sweet tooth for you guys, and the best part is You can utilize this APP for FREE,
